We have succeeded in obtaining a low-resolution spectrum (R~400) of the PNV J06393874+0553520 (in Mon) on August 16.808 UT, using the DSS-7 spectrometer attached to the 0.40-m Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope at the OUS (Okayama Univ. of Sci.) observatory. Broad and prominent emission lines of Balmer series, He I (5016, 5876, 6678, 7065), O I (7773), N II (5679, 5001), N III (4640), [O I] (6300, 6364), [O II] (7325) and [N II] (5755) can be seen in the spectrum. The FWHM of H-alpha is approximately 2100 km/s. [O II] and [N II] lines show double peaks. Our data is similar to spectrum of Nova LMC 1991 on '91 May 8 (Williams et al. 1994, ApJS, 90, p. 309). From our result, this object is thought to be a classical nova, and it seems to be evolving toward the nebular phase.
